Rules
The game rules last from first of may to 30th of july 2021.
Participation
This game organized under the current rules, is open to all persons over the age of 18 with the exception of Test4outside.com and 361° employees and their family members.
It is only possible to have one win per game per household (same name, same address).
How to Play
Entrants play by filling in the participation form and sending it by e-mail.

One pair of trail running shoes Yushan 2!
Winners
Each winner will be personally notified by e-mail. Winners will be chosen by a lottery system of ballots bearing the correct answer.
A winner will only be eligible if the entrant’s participation form has been sent by e-mail with their exact details: surname, first name(s), full postal address, e-mail address and that this information proves to be correct.
Without these full details the entrant’s participation will not be accepted and the prize cannot be claimed, and the prize will remain the property of 361°, to be redrawn by Test4outside.com for another participant.
In addition, we remind you that one person can only enter once per game.
In order to award the prize to the winner proof of identity will be required (to avoid anybody posing as the actual winner).
Without this identification proof the winner will not be able to claim the prize.
Liability
Under no circumstances Test4outside.com can be blamed for the prizes awarded to the game’s entrants, concerning the prizes announced or expected by the entrants, of their delivery to the winners (notably the risk of loss, theft or damaged goods) or eventual damages of any nature that could affect the prizes, either directly or indirectly.
Participation in this game entails the knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet and mobile phone, the lack of protection of certain data against potential diversions or pirating and contamination risks by eventual circulating viruses on the Internet network and/or mobile phone. Therefore, Test4outside.com cannot be held responsible if one or more participants are unable to send their entrance forms due to a technical problem (example: network saturation).
General Rules
Participation in this game requires full and complete acceptance of all the clauses in these rules.
French Law is only applicable to contests organized within the framework of this current ruling, particularly for any dispute which could arise because of the game or which could be directly or indirectly linked to it.
Participants waive any recourse concerning the conditions of the game’s organization, how it takes place, as well as its results.
The Data Protection Act 6th January 1978 states that participants have a right of access, rectification, and to delete any personal data by sending a request to: [email protected].
