This Speed Zone 10 is in the same league as the Speed Zone 14 but lighter and easier. The 10 is still at ease carving large arcs on piste as well as tight turns. With a little bit of coaxing it doesn’t take long to find out how it works best. The ski is always at the beck and call of the skier and never the other way round. The Speed Zone 10 can be pushed hard and you’ll find its limits, especially at the tip.
The edges have good grip on hard snow and artificial snow, angling it severely it won’t slip. Very fluid in all arc sizes, you feel safe even if slight precision is missing in the tip. It rides well and remains stable at constant speed. It is easy to set into a carving or skidding turn. The Speed Zone 10 is a very good ski, barely less developed than the 14. There is not a large technical difference between the Speed Zone 10 and 14.Very good value for money and a great ski if you have the expertise to technically bend it to its limits.
