This Armada ski is a bit capricious especially in uneven terrain, with its added Titanal on an already tough model it becomes even more stiff. It is really only accessible to experienced skiers with a strong physical condition. For less powerful skiers go for one of their other models. It would be more suited to the Freeride category.
Varying the radius is not easy especially on compact snow. You are quickly trapped in medium to long turns.
The tip, or rather the whole front part of the ski, doesn’t pull you into the turn. It doesn’t lift out of the powder satisfactorily either, it’s necessary to increase your speed to do so. To finish the turn you really need to put your whole weight leaning into your boots. All-in-all a physically demanding experience.
