The Rossignol HERO Elite LT Ti are skis for expert skiers who ride wide turns at high speed. We had a crush on this product (updated skis from a previous range) that adopts new technology this winter, the LCT (Line Control Technology). These skis are softer, more tolerant, especially at the front.
Well-designed and adjusted skis and exciting at many levels. They allow you to go very fast confidently with almost foolproof stability: nothing moves. The front of the ski is glued to the snow, you feel the entire length of the edges, which provides both a feeling of fluidity and unyielding grip.
You quickly slip into carving with these Rossignol HERO Elite LT Ti. As soon as you are on the edges, the skis accelerate like rockets being let loose. Yet you always remain master of the game, they are powerful yet docile. They go easily from carving to skidding turns, releasing the carving grip in an instant. You must of course be a good skier, these aren’t for the faint hearted.
We loved their solid grip that allow you to use angulation without getting worried about losing grip. They never release the pressure.
The high speed stability of the Rossignol HERO Elite LT Ti is remarkable and their grip is their other strong point.
They are very good top-of-the-range skis that can be ridden by technical skiers. Sensational yet accessible. For skiers who want to carve on groomed snow and really push their limits. They win our Test4outside.com FIRST Award.
