These All Mountain skis are better off piste than on… In general the testers found them difficult to exploit on piste. Off piste, they ask to be guided because of their certain rigidity. On the bumps, they don’t follow the tracks and have a tendency to bounce.
In not very deep soft snow, they work properly. With their 85mm waist, the QST The Myriad is easy to skid on piste. When we want to go on the edges, or change the edge angles, it becomes more complicated. The grip degrades on hard snow and if we overcharge the skis, they have a tendency to slip.
We recommend these skis for undemanding skiers, as these skis are unforgiving in forward/backwards placement errors.
