Red Bull Éléments : all aboard!

When the famous energy drink brand seizes a crossover, it produces a unique challenge that is tough and exhilarating: the Red Bull Elements next to Annecy Lake. The combination of swimmers, trail runners, mountain bikers and paragliders is gobsmacking! It is spectacular and goes so fast. 3km of swimming with the Czech Jan Micka (national triathlon team) and Logan Fontaine from Team Bull Gazelles (European Youth champion 10km open water swim) first out of the water. They then passed over the relay to the runners. Thibaut Baronian (Team Bulls Gazelles) left everyone standing with as print to the top of the Tournette in 1h27. The Italian Aaron Durogati (Team Bulls Gazelles) as well as being an excellent pilot is also a strong runner: he was 5min ahead of everyone else. MTB saw the same domination of Team Bulls Gazelles with Jordan Sarrou and left the Team Czech Group 7 mins behind.
The women: Camille Commeureuc (Team Vallorcine) came out of the water 11th place scratch. Neck and neck on the run Aurélia Peter (Team Spa’s Girls) and Marie Pollet-Villard (Team Gaz’elles), Aurélia scrapes in the lead by seconds. Julie Bailly (team Los Amigos de Parapente Mag) paraglider rockets past the competition. Loana Lecomte MTBer, with two flats in the uphill and one in the downhill she still finds a way to have the fastest time…
