This is a very attractive ski, well-crafted, with a high level of perceived quality. Unlike the Dynastar Speed 4×4 363 Ti, this Dynastar Speed 763 Konect is very easy to handle as it doesn’t slip through your fingers. The ski surface has been textured, preventing gloves from sliding. Aesthetically, it presents a very pleasing overall appearance with the bindings in the same tone. However, there’s still that typical Dynastar tip, which isn’t very attractive and feels somewhat dated. It’s a shame; if it had been a bit squarer, the ski would have had a more modern look.
The shape of the Dynastar Speed 763 Konect is quite taut, and you can feel it immediately on the snow. If you let it glide flat, you’ll notice right away that the ski tends to understeer. However, as soon as you start to angulate a bit, you find the edge. And there, you’re quite surprised because it carves well. It’s very pleasant, a solid ski underfoot, with substance. You can tell that its design has been well thought out.
The Dynastar Speed 763 Konect is fluid, with a good flex; you can really put pressure on it. It has a long edge length. Its tip doesn’t chatter. We enjoyed its skiability. A very good ski, grippy, fluid. A skilled skier can change the turn radius, but it requires a bit of focus. One of its qualities is its ability to elongate the turn radius, especially when going fast and benefiting from good grip. You can even make small carved turns, which is quite rare. There’s no inertia on the front of the ski.
Its main quality is its fluidity. One could add: the smoothness in flex. It rolls well, it’s a truly coherent ski.
