We greatly appreciated the Julbo Razor Edge goggles. Firstly, we were won over by its very successful design: the aggressive and assertive sides with sharp cuts on each side of the nose give it real character. The oversized lens is also very well executed.
The photochromic lens, ranging from category 1 to 3, handles light variations well, proving versatile and well-suited for bad weather. No distortions or poorly defined details were noted. The contours are also very well rendered. We did not notice any fogging on the lens, but we did not use it in very humid weather.
It’s worth noting that the frame is rigid compared to other models, but it doesn’t bother. The very wide strap doesn’t move on the helmet, and it adjusts easily.
We also appreciated the light weight of these Julbo Razor Edge goggles: 125 grams.
A very good goggle that earns the First Test4outside.com award. It synthesizes what we expect from this type of product: optical quality, fog management, comfort, and design. Well done.
