We primarily used the Rudy Project Spincut goggles in adverse weather conditions, where its slightly yellow lens proved to be very effective. We also did not notice any fogging.
The lens demonstrates good adaptability to changes in light. Overall, it is more suited to overcast conditions. The nose area of the Rudy Project Spincut shows some structure, but it is not bothersome. Reflections are fairly well managed, although not completely absent, particularly on the sides of the lens.
The comfort of the foam padding is very good. The frame makes a bit of noise when pulling on the strap. However, during action, the Rudy Project Spincut remains silent. The strap is very good with three silicone bands: it stays in place.
The lens can be changed by lowering the two levers on either side of the Rudy Project Spincut. Other systems may be more convenient (such as the Smith magnetic system), but with some practice, changing the lens is not too complicated. Our goggles were delivered with only one lens.
Since the lens is encircled by the plastic frame, it is not very susceptible to scratches and impacts. Comes with a textile case.
An effective goggles, resistant to fogging, and more suited for adverse weather conditions.
