It almost fits into the freerando category, as its width combined with its low weight gives it excellent efficiency in this field.
The Dynastar M Tour 100 F-Team is not only accessible, it is also capable of high speeds, particularly in soft or less supportive snow. The shovel, very well designed, allows the ski to rise quickly above the snow, offering great ease of use. Its length and rocker are perfectly balanced, providing the Dynastar M Tour 100 F-Team with excellent ease and effective damping.
The Dynastar M Tour 100 F-Team helps save energy, especially in tracked or chopped-up snow. It absorbs terrain well and feels pleasant underfoot.
In turns, the ski feels playful, pivoting easily on relatively short trajectories. The Dynastar M Tour 100 F-Team is helped in turns by a flex we would describe as “soft.” It suits a very wide range of skiers.
The Dynastar M Tour 100 F-Team is easy to put on edge and flows smoothly. Even on hard snow, it is possible to achieve interesting performance and have fun with this ski. Heavier skiers should choose a slightly longer length, as the playful, easy-going nature of the ski can be compromised for larger builds if length is not adjusted. A powerful skier looking for a demanding, physical ski with strong edge pressure and high energy return will find the limits of the Dynastar M Tour 100 F-Team. On the other hand, the touring skier with an average build, looking for a ski that performs well in many different conditions, will be fully satisfied. The goal of the Dynastar M Tour 100 F-Team is not necessarily high-speed skiing.
The objective is to have fun in all types of snow, and in this respect it delivers perfectly. Its 17-meter radius is well suited, its character is calm yet effective, and it consistently produces solid results. It remains extremely easy to ski.
Overall, we greatly appreciated its versatility. It does not rely on extreme or highly specialized performance traits, but it offers very respectable all-terrain efficiency. A very good ski, and a real pleasure to pilot.
