The Moken One goggles are priced quite reasonably, far from the rates that peak beyond 200 euros with the major brands of goggles and sunglasses. The One is priced at 139 euros. It even “offers” a second lens: the first one is category 3, the other is category 2.
At this price point, however, Morken has not compromised on quality. The design is well-executed, with an oversized lens featuring beautiful colorations. However, it’s worth noting a relatively narrow strap (which nevertheless holds well on the helmet) and a fairly small goggle, quite distant from the oversized style. The field of vision remains very adequate.
The frame is also very rigid. The lenses are easy to change; you simply need to pull on the edges, and they unclip. It is recommended to use the textile case for this operation to avoid leaving fingerprints on the lenses.
The lenses are far from being subpar; they fulfill their mission in terms of filtration and details. They are polarized. We noted some reflections from side lights, but nothing too severe.
The frame is made from plants (castor oil). Comes with a textile case.
A goggle designed in Hossegor, reasonably priced, that doesn’t compromise on its technical features. A good alternative for skiing without breaking the bank.
