We tested the The North Face A68A DryVent Mono Shell Bib with the matching jacket. We were very impressed with the jacket, which earned a First Award. The same goes for the Bib, which also clearly excited us!
As we mentioned with the jacket, we loved the fact that The North Face dared to make original aesthetic and functional choices. Just like the jacket, the The North Face A68A DryVent Mono Shell Bib features drawstrings without plastic components for adjustment: you have to tie knots! Yes, this might not be the most technically optimal choice, but the design and the look make it stand out. Plus, when you’re advocating for a set made of recycled and recyclable materials and minimizing plastic components (like cord locks), it’s all the better. This is what we call owning your choices.
We love the huge pockets, the wide and very comfortable fit, and the multiple design details that reinforce the personality of this fantastic set. The fabric is very solid and thick, giving a sense of invulnerability.
