It’s easy to put on, and despite its weight, you barely feel it once it’s on. The fit is good and adapts well to body shape. Made from flexible materials, the Decathlon D30 Ghost Reactive never restricts movement.
You need to be careful not to overdress, especially if you’re wearing a shell jacket, because the Decathlon D30 Ghost Reactive is warm and tends to increase sweating. Wearing a technical T-shirt is essential. Absolutely avoid cotton, which traps moisture. The back protector is sensitive to cold, so it should not be stored at low temperatures overnight, as it becomes rigid (but softens quickly with body heat).
