A ski that is ultra-easy and especially pivoting. For upright skiers who prefer skidding turns. Super easy and light underfoot. The ski is cut straight. A more experienced skier would demand a more noticeable tail when putting on pressure, likewise for the tip, which lacks effort and is a bit too wide. Its great advantage is its pivoting ease, although care must be taken not to over-turn, especially on hard snow and steep slopes. Don’t press too hard on the tail.
On hard snow it’s necessary to load the ski and really search the edge bite. The arc is interesting carving and skidding. A useful teaching tool. The cherry on the cake; the ski rides well in powder and choppy snow, likewise on bumpy ground where the tip works well and the tail never gets stuck. There’s a large tip rocker. Good torsional rigidity and a metal tip to ensure the skis’ extended lifespan.
This ski is for a non-technical skier with limited physical fitness who would like to ski easily and learn about pivoting. It does have very good behavior skiing a direct line. Lightweight. If you want to learn about carving, this is not the ski for you.
