We were able to test the technical base layer (top and bottom) from Odlo, which is a collaboration with Burton. Both logos coexist on this set. A 100% Odlo version is also available.

The effectiveness of this product in action is undeniable; it presents a winning combination. The balance between wool and synthetic materials is particularly relevant because it avoids the itching phenomenon associated with merino wool, maintains lightness thanks to polyester and polyamide, and provides softness through elastane.
This set is very resistant to odors, allowing you to ride all day without unpleasant smells. Multiple washes have not affected this quality. While 30 degrees are recommended, we washed it at 40 degrees without any problems.

It’s all about managing the ability to retain and disperse calories. Another significant feature of the Odlo Burton Slokar Performance Wool Warm is its high comfort level and the meticulous care given to the few flat seams: it feels like a second skin. The collar is perfectly cut, the fabric moves with every motion while still being close to the body. The only drawback is with the pants, which could have been shorter; the length on the shins adds to the thickness of the socks (more crucial for skiers than snowboarders in this area).
